Online Ordering Help

General Information

Thanks for considering to order photographs from New Regent Studios Ltd. 

Ordering images through our site requires three steps: Step 1: View and Order Photos you'd like to order.       

Step 2: View Shopping Cart.  At this stage any images you ordered accidentally or appear in the shopping card that you don't want can be deleted simply by pressing the (x) beside the image you wish to remove.  (Occaionally images may appear in the shopping cart that you have not ordered.  We are currently working to correct this issue) 

Step 3: Order Details.  At this stage you need to complete some details to assist us in completing your order including Name, Address, Telephone, Email and any special requests that you may have ie.  Remove Red-Eye, Open Eyes, Crop out person on the left.  Some of these may occur extra charges and will be billed separately.  Also payment type, The reccommended payment option is Credit Card as this will be the speediest way to process your order.

All images supplied through our online ordering system are Professional Archival Quality Images.  Every attempt is made to ensure your order is completed and dispatched in a timey manner. 

All images displayed or purchased through this site are Copyright protected to New Regent Studios Ltd under the Copyright Act 1994. 

We reserve the right to lay a compliant with the Police and seek prosecution for those who copy. (Section 131 of the Copyright Act, 1994). The fines can be up to $10,000 for each copy up to $ 150,000 and up to five years imprisonment.  A copy of the act is available on request.

Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be used for your purchases and retained in hard copy form of the original invoice as well as within our database system, which generates our invoices.

From time to time, we may be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information in response to court order, subpoena, or government investigation. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may release Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Limited Warranty or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.
